HAPPIER U
HAPPIER U is a program focusing on teaching positivity so people can lead healthier and happier lives. Check out the videos and learn more on Self-Affirmation, Mindfulness and Breathing, the Importance of Sleep, and more! The Department of Mental Health, the Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development, and Show-Me Hope Crisis Counseling Program collaborated to create a video to help Missouri students succeed.
